Quinn is not worse than Sheila. We've seen that Quinn has a heart, has humanity. Unlike Sheila, she's a good mother who actually has a strong relationship with her son. Yes Quinn's done some bad things but that's not all of who she is.

According to Wyatt she wasn't that good of a mother. He pretty much took care of things for her. She was ready to never see Wyatt again so that she could run away with Adam/Liam. Trying to murder isn't just some bad things. It's death. The end of a life. That's more than just bad. The woman is borderline psycho at times.
