New cast phot is a clue to Li?

Honestly I hope not. There could be multiple reasons NM was there. Maybe Li's a ghost. I think it undermines the story if people keep coming back from the dead. Li went down in a fiery crash and left in a smoldering wreck at the bottom of the ocean. Leave her there. Bringing her back doesn't redeem Sheila.

I also think it undermines the story when they keep faking deaths, however, I am pretty sure Li is alive. They haven't even said she is dead on-screen yet and based on the photo I think Bill may play a role in her return.

It does undermine SLs a lot when they say people are dead when they aren't. Of course, no one has said Li is dead yet.

I just mean this may not actually be a "back from the dead" situation. She may never really be dead to the audience. She could show up alive on Mon.

Yes, she could. The back of the car was on fire, not the front, and if Li remained conscious and was able to free herself from her seat belt, well, all she needed then was to be a good, strong swimmer.
