I like Donna. I have seen no evidence that she’s a ditz. She’s fun. She’s not grumpy. She’s devoted to Eric. She’s very sincere.

Sincere she may be, but she behaves like a adolescent teenager whose two brain cells haven't been able to find each other. Devoted she may be, but her defining attribute is skimpy undies and an unending supply of honey. :neutral . The only thing remotely entertaining about Donna is her ability to make Eric look like a doddering idiot.
