I’m confused about Carter

I thought it was Grace who threatened him to breakup with Paris? Paris to my recollection hasn’t threatened Carter. Like the little girl she is, she asked him if he broke up with her because he is still interested Quinn. Yet Carter has created this huge narrative that he’s marrying Paris to save Quinn. I think Carter is being passive aggressive. This threat to marry Paris feels manipulative. Carter is the one being selfish and presenting himself as loving Quinn so much he’s willing to use a young woman to save Queric’s marriage. That’s not romantic to me. Maybe without knowing it, he’s trying to force Quinn’s hand.

This story has never made any sense. Who gets engaged and then married the following week? I think your right he is low key trying to force Quinn’s hand.
