Why can’t he find anyone? On the soap and among the real world fan base, the man is hot! He’s highly successful. He’s a nice man when he’s not tramping around. What’s the matter with Carter?
He had a back story. He came on the show as Marcus' adopted brother. They forgot about that, even with dealing with how endearing he is to the forester family. They don't even bring up that Eric adopted Carter's adoptive brother.Carter, I think, has a mental problem. That's the only thing that can describe how he reacts lately to women. I'm siding more and more with Ridge, asking "What's wrong with you?"

Yeah, no problem. I wish they'd talk about that more. It might even be reason for he and Donna to talk, actually. For example, since Donna is so wrapped up in Eric, she hasn't been in touch with Marcus, so Marcus asks Carter to go looking for Donna. It could have been a whole thing in the plot, you know?
