Nah..Hope doesn't declare a war. And plotting is Tridge brats MO..they were shown very recently with their plotting against Brooke by using Charlie to obtained the security footage without Brooke's permission. Not to mention, hiding their daddy's phone and erasing text messages.

Hope does a lot of plotting to get what she wants. Prime example is when Hope plotted with Brooke to steal Douglas from Thomas. Not to mention all the plotting she did against Steffy.

Plotting against Steffy? The only time Hope beneffited from manipulations to "beat" Steffy is when Bill made Liam think they were having an affair. This is the only time other people manipulated in her favor. And Hope didn't even know until Wyatt revealed the truth at her wedding. Most of the time it's Steffy who plots against Hope. It started way before gondola gate, when she and Pam sabotaged her press conference. The last example is very recent, when she and Thomas staged the kiss.
