ITA! They had Brooke say for weeks or better months "Why did I drink?"...do they really lack the vocabulary to change the lines now and then?

Not to mention the flashbacks. I counted and in January they had on average more than one New Year's Eve flashback per episode. In that one month, there were 20+ flashbacks of Brooke and Deacon drinking. Is that not the responsibility of the scriptwriters?

"It's not my fault, I'm just the scriptwriter" is a pretty lame excuse.
