Maybe this is Prince Omar's pod mannequin robot Taylor (who he created as a replacement) who escaped and became like Johnny 5 (from Short Circuit) who is alive and traveled to LA to get input... AIs are being created to be more humanlike.

Or maybe she's a toon (she's certainly acting like a toon) pretending to be a human like Judge Doom in Roger Rabbit and maybe what we need to get rid of Taylor is not a stake in the heart, silver bullets, decapitation lol but what we need is some Dip. I can just see her screeching like a banshee I'm melting, I'm melting as she disappears in a puddle of Dip. LOL
