I don’t believe it works, and I do not believe the show can have it both ways. Far too many women on this show have forgiven or moved on with men who had sex with them knowing they were drunk. They intentionally took advantage of the situation. Now we have a story where the young woman went to the man’s bed and we have characters who have done worse things and been in worse situations telling this character he should care more about his cousin than they cared about their siblings or parents or children. Zende had no idea Luna was hallucinating. Every time I see Luna or hear this story being told again it makes me sick because it was not entertaining and it hurt all the characters involved and worse yet it exposes a double standard. Zende is being treated far differently than other Forresters who acted with intention.

True, and the story then continues to fail by putting upon Zende the "how could you to your cousin" when Brooke did it to Katie. Katie did it Brooke. Thorne did it to Ridge. Felicia and Bridget did it to each other, Wyatt and Liam, Ridge and Nick, Bridget and Katie, Taylor and her daughters with Rick.

There are probably more examples, but I get sickened because suddenly family ties matter to these people when it comes to romance and sex. Ridge better damn not tell Zende he shouldn't have done it to his cousin after Ridge did worse to Thorne and Ridge was with Katie when she did it to Brooke.

Ridge actually raped Caroline #1 and he will probably be yelling at Zende about how could he do that to RJ.
