But it wasn’t Sheila. I think the person was put in there because she was saying she wasn’t Sheila much like people thinking Deacon is losing it.

I used to work in an institution all criminally insane means is that you committed a crime and you have mental health issues. If you committed a violent crime they have to keep you seperate. Sometimes it is just a different floor of a regular psych ward. Someone that is bipolar and robs a bank during a manic episode is criminally insane. If you are schizophrenic and voices told you to hurt someone you are criminally insane. These are all just buzzwords used for dramatic affect.

Well I don’t know all dangerous but all immoral and switchen sex partners other family member had sex with is creepy weird….I didn’t know shelias background she must have been interesting back then..

No it was Sugar who was sent to the facility for the criminally insane... This is when Sugar tried to kill Scotty Jr because she wanted revenge against Shelia. Sugar and Tom was working together at that point. (This is who I think is the mother of the twins) They had kidnapped Lauren and Shelia because they wanted to kill them. However, Shelia helped Lauren escape and Michael and Paul saved Lauren. They were at the police station when they got word that "Shelia" had been captured and she was paraded by them as they were locking her up. Lauren identified that it was Sugar and not Shelia because Shelia had a broken ankle. At that point they thought Shelia was killed in the cave in trying to save Lauren. They sent Sugar to the nuthouse.
