Is Hope too involved with Finn?

I think Hope was just being a friend. Who else does Finn have in his life that he could talk to about Sheila? His dad is not around. He certainly can't talk about her to Steffy or Li because they just demand that he forget about Sheila. Ridge is the same way. If Brooke talked to Finn about Sheila, it would send Ridge and his mini me Steffy into a rage. Finn is not going to talk to Liam, the same guy was trying to insert himself in Finn's marriage. Luna and Poppy have enough of their own problems right now. Finn doesn't know Zende or Carter that well and they would probably take Steffy's side. Eric would take Steffy's side. The only ones left are Deacon and Hope.

Hope who called Sheila a psycho and killer, again threatened her father to cut Sheila out of his life or she would cut herself and the grandkids out of it (all within earshot of Sheila hearing it) is now going to be a friend and let Finn wax on about how wonderful his birth mother is? Hypocrite.

Hope didn't want to be around Sheila nor have her children around Sheila. Just because Finn can talk to Hope about Sheila does not mean that Hope has to be around Sheila. That's comparing apples to oranges.

Then Hope should be honest with him and tell him what she really thinks of Sheila, that she is a psycho and a killer and not let him ramble on about what a hero she is and how she has changed. Bringing him back to reality is being a friend, letting him continue to be in this fantasy world is not..

It isn't Hope's responsibility to straighten out Finn. Finn is Steffy's problem.
