She's way too focused on Liam.

I wonder if Stef is going to try and manipulate a Lope reunion all because she can't stand Ivy. That's the vibe I got today and would explain why they've had them be cordial lately. Except, in the end, Hope will realize she isn't ready for a reunion just yet and Stef will have to "do" the job herself

I thought maybe Steffy was trying to get Hope and Liam together again thinking that if Thomas comes back, Hope may not want to go back with him.

Yeah, that was the only reason I could come up with, too, and if Steffy's thinking that, she's really not interested in Liam.
