Well that's true. I think Deacon said it had been a few weeks when he was talking to the convenience store employee. 3-4 weeks is still a long time to be incapacitated.

Why do you think she was incapacitated for the whole time? The homeless man said he heard screaming for a long time, then one day, it stopped and there were wrappers and things all over the floor. Once you run out of food and water and realize you have tried everything to get out, you stop trying or at least try to conserve energy, just in case. Or maybe she injured herself trying to get out.
