Deacon is not the problem. Heck even Shelia is not the problem. Steffy and her peeps are the problem. Shelia has been minding her own business. Her only slip up was when Steffy was harassing and stalking her and went into that alley to confront Shelia. She was told by her husband to leave Shelia alone and she would not even listen to him. That is how Steffy and Finn ended up getting shot.. All Steffy has to do is leave Shelia alone.
