What the heck is Steffy wearing? Perhaps she needs the high boots because of all the crap she is spewing?

Is she even wearing pants???

Obviously she has shorts on.

How is it obvious? I see a camisole, a blouse, and super high boots over bare legs.

I can see some of the tan shorts on her leg below the blouse and on her stomach. Besides they aren't going to have her sitting there in her underwear talking to Hope.

I thought so too, but it's the same color as the chair so it looks like she's wearing no pants.
