In my opinion, what Ridge did was worse than what Zende did. Zende didn't realize that Luna was high and didn't know that Luna thought that he was RJ. In Ridge's case, he knew Caroline was drunk and he knew that Caroline thought that he was Thorne and had sex with her anyway. What Ridge did could be considered sexual assault or rape.
