I agree. There´s no way back I think. Not after Hope told Tom that she never felt with any other man like she felt with him.

It's all plot driven. If Thomas goes to Paris and fell in love with say Ivy or whoever, he will ultimately say the same about that woman that he never felt with any other woman like he felt with her blah blah.... LOL.
