They technically aren’t because Eric is not Thomas’s grandfather. I don’t think blood matters. It’s too close imo, they were raised as cousins.

She was raised in Australia, Tom was in L.A. Big difference than being raised down the hall from each other and sharing bathrooms and having breakfast and dinner together every day. LOL
