Does Hope have say she loves Thomas in Klingon or Vulcan or tagalog? She's said it. She's showed it. She told him he was it for her. I honestly don't know how else she can impart her feelings. She needs go to Thomas and put her family back together.

Why are you leaving out the fundamental fact that she could stop him if she wanted? She simply doesn't want him badly enough. And I'm glad she's letting him go if she knows she can't give him what he wants. What would be the point of going after him? She can still not give him what he wants. It would just be a waste of time.

And, at this point, going after him and saying she's ready for marriage would simply be a concession on her part. This isn't about loving Thomas. It's about loving how Thomas makes her feel. And, for some ridiculous reason, she's obsessed with that.

Right. If either of them concedes at this point there is no way of knowing how sincere they are. And as far as Hope has already fallen, I don’t think the writers would make her fall even further by lying to Thomas about how she feels just so she can continue her feel-good relationship. In my opinion there would really be no coming back from that. And before anyone says Thomas deserves it all, this isn’t about Thomas. This is about Hope and how bad her actions make her look.

This is now a Hope SL, Thope is over and done. This is the start of Hope's story and I think it will involve her falling from grace and becoming hard and bitter, and really hitting rock bottom.

There was another thing today that told me Hope is not in love with Tom, and maybe does not even really love him much. She threw that ring across the room. If it were me, and I was really in love with the man, or loved the man as much as Hope claims she does, there is no way I would have thrown that ring, it would have really meant something to me, breakup or not. She threw that ring like she hated it. Like it was the reason that she ended up crying and alone. Tom bought that ring with love in his heart, he took time to pick it out, it meant something to him. It meant so little to her she left it in the salon, and then threw it across the room. Hope threw that ring like a petulant child stomping their feet because they did not get their way. Not like a woman feeling sad and sorry for losing a man she is suppose to be in love with.
