I disagree. I’m not a Hope fan, but I don’t think she is deliberately manipulating him. I think she really thinks she is in love with him, but she is very mixed up. I mean, how can she not be -what mother would want the man who kept her baby hidden? And what’s the big deal with her not being ready? They haven’t been together that long, why should they jump into marriage? Just because Thomas wants it? These two have been living in la la land, just having a good time and not on the same page at all. They’re both nuts.

I do not think she is "in love" with him. She loves him for what he does for her. Very different, and her conversation with him today showed that. She doesn't talk about him but in terms of her romantic employee.

What's the big deal about her not being ready? Nothing. What's the big deal about Thomas leaving her if she isn't? They haven't been together that long. Why should he stick around? Just because she wants it?
