Indeed there is every indication at the moment at least that Liam is going to die, sooner rather than later.
I know May Sweeps so what better time than the present to rock the boat.
I like SC, just not big fan of all the Liam we have known over the years.
But how about Liam does die but enter a brother he does not know he has. Well it is a soap opera, happens all the time.

I like Liam and didn’t want him to die but if they are going to repeat lope I personally would want him gone if not far away for treatment.Its whatever I can bow out and watch my other soaps if lope is revisited.

I do not want Liam to die but a twin would be interesting. Sexier and meaner but in love with only one woman and not interested in Steffy at all.
However - I prefer Liam live.

I've always liked Liam and don't want him to die, but at this point, I don't see how he can be saved. I'd love to see him live, though, and be happily married to Hope for as long as a soap marriage can be happy.

I've always liked Liam and don't want him to die, but at this point, I don't see how he can be saved. I'd love to see him live, though, and be happily married to Hope for as long as a soap marriage can be happy.
They can save him. All they have to do is find a doctor in Europe who will do the surgery. He gets in there and finds he can remove the mass, it is not malignant, and Liam is saved. It happens in real life. I hope they do not kill off Liam. Unless SC wants to leave.
