They signed. He was listed as manager when they signed. But, this is stupid because all Justin had to do as an Officer of the Court, was contact the SOS office, with Ridge on speaker phone or zoom, and request that all paperwork submitted be frozen until further notice. That Carter Walton had been terminated from FC’s, and he, Justin Barber, was FC’s new counsel. Carter told Hope he had not filed the papers, at the exact same time Justin was with Ridge. The first thing I would have done if I was Justin was called the SOS and see if the damn papers had been filed yet. Justin has Ridge’s copy in his hand, it would have every single thing on it he would need.

I started watching once in awhile because the Carter and Hope takeover was interesting, but if crazy Luna is coming back, I don't want any part of watching it.
I also don't want to see Ridge and Steffy winning all the time. I hope Carter and Hope do take over FC for a time. It's time for a change. And, I hope Hope is pregnant.
