Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.

I really like what I see that’s so far. I won’t be able to tell too much about the characters until we see what goes on however, I definitely think it’s fantastic that he gets to work with Heather Tom, who, of course played his father sister for so many decades Y&R. She Probably has that “Auntie” to him and the fact that she gets to play his mom is awesome. I’m looking forward to seeing the scenes.
