This is the week heavily focused on MC stuff including the epic reunion....and the total viewers actually went down from the week before. Interesting.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.

If they would just listen to their viewers. Stop the repeated plots with the very same characters. The reunion was undermined by the Tridge kiss - that’s an old overused plot. Ridge has been so emotionally abusive to Brooke that I don’t think he will ever recover. Some Taylor fans don’t want him for her. We don’t know why he’s so hypocritical about Deacon. There is no question Deacon is intrusive. He needs to be put in his place. Ridge seemed so old an tired in this plot. All of that took focus off of Sinn. I’m not a fan but I am invested in Sinn beating Shelia.

While I watched the reunion and enjoyed it. I know personally I didn’t rush to watch it like I did with the lead up I waited and watched it on Paramount. We all knew what the outcome would be so while it was nice it wasn’t particularly exciting.

While I watched the reunion and enjoyed it. I know personally I didn’t rush to watch it like I did with the lead up I waited and watched it on Paramount. We all knew what the outcome would be so while it was nice it wasn’t particularly exciting.
Maybe that's their problem. They are telegraphing too much of the SL these days. We have nothing to look forward to except to see it play out. They tell us every day like road signs what will happen.

This really looks bad, doesn't it?
I mean this was supposed to be THE week nobody wants to miss, THE big conclusion of a long, emotional storyline.
They overhyped, promotes this big reunion since June. And this is the result. Down from the previous week and down from last year.
I'm not even surprised because it was the same for most of Steffy/Finn's big moments. Their first scene, their first kiss, their wedding... the week they found out Hayes was his... systematically it was down.
And this isn't even the worst part in my opinion... The Taylor/Ridge kiss and the Hope/Deacon picture (supposed to be secondary, fillers storylines) took over all the comments. Steffy and Finn's reunion was supposed to be the main focus... I visited 3 different boards and if I weren't watching the episodes (and just reading the comments), I wouldn't even have guessed Steffy found out Finn was alive.
I guess only one couple's big reunion can propel Bold at the top of the ratings, and this ain't this one...

Have no idea why my comment was deleted in this thread.
I was just pointing out the reasons why I think the ratings tanked last week. Why I think the supposed heroine (Steffy) was unlikable, ... what I think the writers did wrong with Steffy/Finn and in this storyline, why (speculations) some viewers didn't care enough to watch...
Sorry if it offended anyone. Was just voicing my observations like everyone else.
