Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.

I'm glad it was finally exposed by Sheila that she did what she did with the labels for Taylor. Because she loves Taylor, and the ONLY reason that witch could love Taylor is because Taylor went against the WHOLE family to let Sheila have an inch. There Sheila went taking a mile. Sheila proved today that it was all because of Taylor.
