Yes initially murdering those two innocent men and caging her “stepmother” and leaving her for dead was absolutely Luna’s fault. Anything she does after getting her out of jail and pardoned is on him now. As well as her, but if she was in jail the three people she goes on to shoot wouldn’t have been shot without his ridiculously stupid actions.
