Only the people who know where Steffy’s location are likely to be there. Does Liam know where she is? Not yet, but maybe he will soon. I think the ones shot are Luna, Sheila, and Miss Sunshine. Can’t be Steffy because Ridge is chasing Brooke to Nice in a few weeks. I think Luna escapes and Miss sunshine dies.
