Why was Finn in the HFTF office?

I thought that was explained as the model Lainey telling Finn Steffy was in there. He wanted to give Steffy her tablet.

Yeah, but as he can clearly see Steffy was NOT in there when he walked in, so logically speaking..he should've leave a note with either Pam or go into Steffy's office and leave the tablet there.

If I remember right, Ridge and Carter were having a very loud discussion, so he was leaving a note in the design room with her ipad.

Then leave a note with Pam. Steffy's office has never been the design office anyway.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
