Trying on clothing is part of her work. She didn't expect that idiot Finn be looking for Steffy in the wrong office. This stupid plot is all just so Steffy can throw another major temper tantrum and making false accusations of what she thought she saw.

Come on. She was not working. She teased Carter earlier about trying the BBL lingerie on for him, thought about it when he was out of the room, and then went to put it on. She called out to lock the door thinking it was him. She obviously wanted to have sex with Carter. Is that part of her work too?
