What is up with HOPE LOGAN

Hope is still a nice person, actually, but she is trying hard to keep up with Steffy, trying to be as nasty as Steffy is, using Steffy tricks and behaviour to finally beat Steffy at her own game.
But Hope is not like Steffy, she is better, and trying to act like Steffy will not work for her in the long run. The passport story is proof that when it comes to acting spontaneous and not premeditated she is just the nice person she used to be.
(Now I don't know if what I tried to express makes sense to you, if you can get what I mean?)

This is all payback for Steffy inserting herself into Hope's personal business, talking Thomas into leaving, threatening her line, and trashing her mother. Hope is enjoying watching Steffy squirm. And so am I!

Hope’s line is/was floundering per Ridge and Carter, not just Steffy, and Hope was responsible for Thomas leaving, not Steffy.

Steffy certainly ain't innocent as she was shown in her brother's ear told him twice to go to Paris and like a dummy..he listened to his self-serving, domineering sister.

But if hope said yes, he'd have stayed

Sure, but that doesn't change the fact Steffy isn't innocent in that mess..she loves to stir the pot.
