I don’t think he lives with Bill. He wouldn’t knock on the door as a visitor if he lived there.

Even if he doesn't, maybe he starts spending a lot of time there and becomes suspicious of Poppy.

That is right in his wheelhouse! I still think Bill is being played but he’s so desperate for love he’s not going to see it. Maybe Liam and Katie will work together with an eventual reunion of Katie/Bill.

I can see it.
