Is there a feasible way Poppy could have altered the test when we know that Li brought it and administered it? Maybe Li altered it?

I don't think Liam is living at Bill's anymore. He knocked on the door before he went in the front. If he lived there, why knock? He knows his dad asked him to "come over" not "come home" and he knocked.
