Nobody caring about Beth is frustrating

Because it’s decent storytelling.

I don’t like how Hope has been written in regards to Beth either.

But I thought about it and this is my feeling:

When the show is trying to push Liam/Steffy, they want to ignore that Liam has a daughter with Hope.

Just as Dreamgirl mentioned, the Beth kidnapping incident is mentioned when Liam is trying to persuade Hope to not be with Thomas.

But when he isn’t doing that, when he’s pursuing Steffy and using Sheila as an excuse for why Steffy shouldn’t be with Finn, “Kelly is in danger” is brought up, or brought up by Liam/Steffy supporters like Bill.

And I personally find it bad writing to use the children completely as pawns for whatever narrative is being pushed.

I just want good writing, regardless of whatever pairing is together, I want consistency.
