Steffy could nip all of this in the bud, and force Hope to finally decide what she wants. She could tell Hope if she wants to divorce Liam and take a shot at Tom...fine....but she is not going to use HFTF, an FC subsidy, as her excuse. That if something happens in Rome before Liam is told what is going on with Hope, then Hope is done with HFTF. It is a brand, and the word Hope, does not have to stand for a given name, it is also a verb and as a verb would work quite well in the theme of he line.

Didn't Steffy already force Hope to finally decide what she wants when she blindsided Hope with that "unreasonable" ultimatum? Steffy even told Taylor that "Hope has to say yes" to rehiring Thomas. That's how this whole mess started!

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
