I don’t see this excitement others see between Thope. This story makes Hope look silly and naive. I have no problems with Lope breaking up, but this lying and gaslight Hope is doing is awful. This plot definitely worked on me. I went from defending Hope to not caring what happens to her.

I hate them breaking up because they vowed to love each other and work through things. How are they working through things? Right now Hope is the problem and she needs to get her head on straight regarding Thomas.
