They already did that. You know, the first time they arrested her. He has to keep coming up with new scenarios to send her to prison. This time, it is the flip-over-the-balcony version.

I mean, we just did this! Didn't Steffy wear a wire and get Sheila to confess? This is so dumb.

Exactly, except that was actually well-written. They will have sent her to prison three different times in less than one year.

and i still don't think she actually goes, they just want us to think that she goes but in that hope/deacon clip it could be that they're just unaware of what really happened and that sheila escaped (again) or harmed someone

I wondered about that too. Having them on the show is very cool and may get new folks to tune in. Go, Brad!
But why reveal such important details about your main storyline? It seems like it is purposeful, but I tend to read too much into things, so I was going to let it go.
