All of it was unnecessary! They already had Sheila back in jail and Bill bribed a judge and blackmailed Steffy to get her out again...one of the stupidest stories they ever had!
Yep. It’s so unnecessary given that she was already in custody. Go through all this stupidity just to put her right back to where she started..just the dumbest story!
What’s hilarious now is that Sheila is Bill’s victim.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
