Shelia lives rent free in obsessed Steffy's head. Shelia is not a threat until she has been pushed into a corner. Shelia has allowed Steffy to shoot her, push, punch, scream, and slap her with no consequences to Steffy. The truth of the matter Shelia would not have shot Steffy if she had not stalked and provoked her. Another truth is finding out that Shelia spiked Brookes bottle did not really bother Steffy and she really did not care Brooke was trying to protect the ungrateful brat, It was just an excuse to justify and continue Steffy's assault on Shelia.
