Ridge and Bill realize they have misjudged the situation and decide they are going to call in Finn to try to get the confession by making her think he wants a relationship with her. Finn agrees, but doesn't tell Steffy what is going on. Sheila still doesn't fall for it because she is now on alert. Steffy panics and shoots Sheila...again, and Finn takes the blame for it. She comes into the ER, and Li has the upper hand because she has to save her life ...or not.

What is she going to shoot Sheila with, Kelly’s water pistol? Nothing has been shown that Steffy owns or carries around a firearm with her and I doubt there is a firearm in the house with two young children living there.

She already shot her once so not sure why it would be out of the question for her to do it again.

If she had a gun I am sure she would keep it in a safe like any responsible gunshot owner. If I were Steffy I would have a gun.
