Brooke has made significant changes and suffered directly for her shortcomings. But Sheila has not changed and is still a psychopath.
Given that both of daughters as well as her sister still talk to her I don't know how much she suffered. Nonetheless Sheila is, was, and always be batpoop crazy and in no position to judge anyone.
