To be fair, Brooke wasn't actually over Ridge in that scene, this was all an act. Her changed attitude was just a new approach to get Ridge away from Taylor. She knew he still had feelings for her after he had run to the airport to keep her from moving to Paris. But she realized that he would have no reason to leave Taylor for her if she kept making herself readily available whenever he wanted to spend time with her. She hoped that pretending she didn't want him anymore would make him the one running after her instead.
