So. It’s clear that Thomas takes after his pathetic, lying , manipulative and desperate mommy! Finally, those two are getting what they deserve and Steffy fans will be happy she’s redeemed! Now let’s hope Brooke has the courage to tell Ridge she needs a minute before she’ll take him back. Taylor’s attempt at omission is WAY worse than the lie Ridge thought he left Brooke for. Let’s hope she see’s how terribly he treated her!

it's great that steffy does the right thing but i hardly think that one good deed (or even two) redeems her and erases all the months of her insufferable parent trapping

one scene in particular comes to mind, in aspen after ridge left brooke and she was clearly heartbroken and crying, steffy sat there gloating to her and rubbing salt in the wound, i found it to be very distasteful and i'm not even a brooke fan

Yeah, Steffy was so mean and cruel gloating to a heartbroken Brooke in Aspen, but she's suddenly now team Brooke for one day because it's so wrong for Thomas to lie and manipulate that CPS call..when Steffy herself has done plenty of manipulations in her relentless parent trap mission for so many months now. What a joke!

I honestly don't think Steffy will ever be on Team Brooke. I think what jolted Steffyi nto the reality of what her criminal brother did was what he did to Douglas. And, of course, what it would mean for Ridge when he finally found out.

And that her mom would wind up hurt in the long run.

Her mom would wind up hurt? Her mom KNOWS the truth, and yet was still going to go through with the wedding! Steffy had to step up because her mom kept her mouth shut. I find that so desperate and thirsty... and it really disappointed me. I was hoping Taylor would pull Ridge aside and have an 'honest' conversation about it - let him digest it and wrap his head around it, and if he still wanted to get married then they would get married. That would have redeemed her somewhat in my eyes for her behavior for just the past few months. It just confirmed my opinion that Taylor wanted Ridge at all costs. And Ridge saying he just wanted to be with someone who didn't lie to him, when in fact that is exactly what Taylor was doing (a lie of ommission!) is karma. Let them both marinate in Karma. I also really hope that Brooke's 'epiphany' is that what she thought was her 'Destiny' was a lie. He has treated her so badly - this is not the first time but it is the worst I have seen... I hope she comes to the conclusion that her idea of Destiny was an illusion. And she can move on.
