That's my idea as well. Kelly SHOULD be with her father 50 percent of the time. Wonder how Tridge would feel about that? There wouldn't be a damn thing they could do.

Exactly. The narrative is Hope loves Kelly too..in fact, when Steffy was going through her drug addiction, Hope/Lope took Kelly into the cabin to live with them while Steffy was going through rehab.

Correct. And in Douglas' case, it has been permanent and Hope loves that child even though he's not her blood. If Hope can accept him living with her long term, I believe she would do the same with Kelly.
