Kelly is a dad girl

What would Taylor and her tots do if Kelly said I want to stay with dad and Beth sometimes. I miss daddy. I miss Beth. What would they say? I assume they would say it’s perfectly fine because Liam is the real dad.

I think the more parallel comparison would be, what if Liam told Steffy that he wanted Kelly to live with him. Liam is as much Kelly's father as Thomas is Douglas's. And Hope is Douglas's mother as much as Steffy is Kelly's.

That's what Thomas is proposing, isn't it? That Douglas lives with him and Hope can see him whenever she wants. Why can't Kelly live with Liam and Steffy sees her whenever she wants?
