Shelia's Drivers License

How did Shelia have a drivers license? I am sure when you are in jail they take that and put with your personal affects. When you escape, they don't say , "so since you are going to be on the run, here is your license." And since she was on the run there is no way she could have gotten a new license. The writing on this show is so awful. Do they think we are all idiots?

I mean I have a back up id she could have had one in her car. The real question is how did she get her car. She had to borrow Mike’s to chase Li,l.

Sanchez said it was a car with her fingerprints in it.
