Shelia's Drivers License

How did Shelia have a drivers license? I am sure when you are in jail they take that and put with your personal affects. When you escape, they don't say , "so since you are going to be on the run, here is your license." And since she was on the run there is no way she could have gotten a new license. The writing on this show is so awful. Do they think we are all idiots?

That's what I brought up in another thread. Did she pick it up on her way out during her jail break.
