If there's a custody case/Thomas's past (Spoilers)

Do they even have to bring up his past? His association with Sheila is hardly the past, it was a few weeks ago in soap time. He had contacts with Sheila and made a pact with Sheila in Steffy's house knowing Kelly, Beth, Hayes and Douglas all spend time in that same house. He endangered all the children when he chose to side with a woman who has a history of switching babies and abusing children. Doubt any judge would rule in Thomas' favor if they know he is used to scheme with serial killers.
And besides all the abuse and crimes, let's not forget Thomas completely abandonned his son for several weeks after Hope exposed him for Beth. He disappeared and hid in Vinny's apartment for weeks, like the lying coward he is. No way in hell a reliable judge would side with Thomas if there is a custody battle. Unless the judge is fraudulent and someone bribes him, of course.
