No, she wasn't. Admiring a celebrity and daydreaming about living that's kind of life has absolutely nothing to do with being envious.

Where is the clip or quote of her saying that? This is pure fan fiction. It was her BROTHER who ASSUMED this might have been her reason for dumping Dave. But he was totally wrong. Brooke breaking up with Dave had nothing to do with his bank account. After spending time with Ridge she just realized that she didn't love Dave as much as she thought, as much as someone should love a person they get married to. And she also realized that the kind of conservative life Dave wanted them to live together wouldn't make her happy. Brooke never needed more money in her life, she just needed more excitement than Dave was willing to let her have. And there's nothing wrong about leaving a guy when you realize you have totally different goals in life.

When she thought the road was clear she ditched her poor fiancé and pursued Ridge full stream
And when she failed to trap him, she married the next rich man around
While we know Brooke target Ridge before she even met him bc she wanted the good life he could provide without working
She prove that, quitting her job when she married Eric and hiring a nanny to raise her meal ticket
She went back to “work” at FC to get close to Ridge

That's pure fan fiction once again. Not sure where you're getting your information about the early years of the show, but what you say couldn't be further from what actually played out on screen.
She never said or even implied that she wanted a man to provide her with a luxurious lifestyle that she didn't have to work for. When her baby was born she simply went on maternity leave, she didn't quit her job at the hospital lab. Even though she didn't need the money, she always intended to go back to that lab sooner or later, because she wouldn't have been happy and fulfilled sitting at home and doing nothing but looking after her child for the rest of her life. Even when she was still on maternity leave, she already started conducting experiments with diapers at home. That's when Eric came up with the idea to build a lab for her at FC to have her improve their fabrics, because this way she could work as a chemist again right away, bring the baby with her and Eric would have both of them close to him all day. Brooke agreeing with Eric's suggestion had absolutely nothing to do with getting close to Ridge, only with being glad to have this kind of opportunity. And implying that hiring a nanny for her son proved that she regarded him as nothing but a meal ticket is beyond ridiculous. That's like claiming Steffy hiring a nanny for newborn Kelly proved that she regarded her daughter as nothing but a ticket to keep Liam in her life, which would be just as ridiculous.
