Quinn didn't pay AT ALL for revealing Brooke and Bill's kiss. Eric hardly blinked an eye when she humiliated Brooke in front of her whole family, and Shauna wasn't mad at her either for stealing that video from her phone. The only thing Quinn paid for were her choices and actions AFTER that reveal, when she was taking advantage of Ridge's decision to spend a few days in Vegas with Shauna by coaching her BFF to file Bridge's divorce papers behind Ridge's back and trap him in a marriage before he could change his mind and forgive Brooke. That crime against his son and his daughter-in-law was the only reason Eric's feelings for her started to change and her marriage was never the same again.

No Logan has ever committed a crime to destroy another woman's marriage or taken advantage of a married man who was drunk. Those men they cheated with were not only willing participants, but even the aggressors most of the time. Eric, Deacon, Nick and Bill were all chasing Brooke. Thorne was the only married man beside Ridge that she has ever actively pursued. And Liam even proposed to Hope before she slept with him. We don't know exactly how Eric's affair with Donna started, but after the way she used to respect his marriage to Quinn for years, despite being in love with him all the time, I guess it's safe to say that she didn't set out to seduce him.
