Sally speculation. (General Discussion)

So she’s reprimanded at work. Possibly fired. She’s about to be dumped by Wyatt. She then finds out she has an illness. What is the point of piling on all of this at once unless the actress is leaving? Or are they about to take Sally to a very dark place to justify her doing some messed up stuff to Flo and Wyatt? Because if this illness isn’t being written to kill her off I don’t see the purpose unless it’s to justify her hating Wyatt and wanting him to suffer. Just more to add to her I hate men bitter stance on life I remember her rocking when she came back this last time and had a gun on Wyatt. Thoughts?

She should have pulled the trigger on Wyatt instead of Bill's portrait. I agree, I think they are going to write her off, all to make room for Flo Logan, the baby snatcher. Everyone will forgive Flo and Wyatt will run straight back to her, even if she literally helped Reese sell a stolen baby and lied from the very beginning. But Thomas, who hardly knew the truth for a week and had zilch to do with the baby swap, is so evil and unforgivable, and will get the ultimate lifetime punishment (stuck on a woman who left him to die in a vat of acid) Sally was likely too popular for Bell, he had to get rid of her to prop Flo Brooke and Hope.

Your post reflects my thoughts exactly. I agree completely. This is sad.

Thomas didn't hide the truth for "hardly a week"... Those were months. He even took pleasure in it... It made him smile. It made him threaten people's lives and eventually one person had to die because he just couldn't imagine Hope finding out. He is worse than Flo even if Flo is not the best person herself.

Yes, it was hardly a week. Thomas and Hope hardly changed their clothes 4 times, between the moment he learnt the truth and his honeymoon. After the 4th of July, Hope kept the same wardrobe for about 10 episodes in a row. In our time, it was like 5 weeks. In real time, it wasn't more than a handful of days. Techincally, he committed zero crime. He wasn't involved in the baby swap. Lying isn't a crime. Threatening someone is nothing on a soap. Both Liam and Bill threatened to kill Thomas while he was laying unconscious. It just boggles my mind that the woman who sold a stolen baby is going to get Wyatt and be forgiven. But a character who got dragged in her mess months later and kept his mouth shut is still seen as unforgivable.

Not that difficult to understand why.

Flo is not continuing to do anything shady after her release from jail. Thomas on the other hand clearly has not learned anything from daddy helping him stay out of jail.

Huh? Flo still hasn't revealed the whole truth about her association with Reese. She still hasn't come clean about the money and she keeps saying she didn't know the baby was stolen when she signed the papers. She blames Reese and Thomas for everything. She said Reese didn't give her the choice, and only told her the truth after it was too late. She is lying. And now she is listening to her mother going to interfere and chase after an engaged man. She is still very shady.

No, it wasn't a week. Sorry. It has even been said on screen that those were months... :roll Liam didn't threaten Liam's life. He just said that he wouldn't be sad if he died. It's different. Bill? I don't remember what he said so I can't say, but one I remember very well... thomas threatened many people's lives. Even few days ago.

Just because Brooke and Liam said it was months doesn't make it true. They loathe Thomas with a passion and are making things up. I know what I saw on my screen. Thomas learnt the truth the day Liam and Hope signed the annulment papers. Emma died the very next day. The day after Emma's death was the 4th of July party, when Liam slept with Steffy and Thomas proposed to Hope. She kept her clothes on for 10 episodes, which means the same day was dragged for 2 weeks soap time. Thomas and Hope got married the following day, and a day later they went on a honeymoon and the truth came out. I say 5 days maximum. Flo and Zoe knew from the very beginning, in January.

I thought they might do a suicide story, either a deliberate or accidental overdose but now I don’t know.

I wouldn’t mind if she accidentally killed someone. I don’t want Sally to die.

I felt so sad for Sally today. It's clear that she's sick. I think it's depression and anxiety. Honestly these writers are brutal. They're the worst. Quinn minimizing what Flo did! Today was awful. Wyatt has been ruined. Sally will loose Wyatt's heart to Flo.

Sally would be better off without Wyatt. I think she can cause trouble for Steffy if Lope takes a long break.

Thoughts?

I hope she is pregnant and ruins wyatt and flo's connection

Or, she could be pregnant, but see the reemerging relationship between Wyatt and Flo, and decide to "go to Paris" - or wherever the not-so-rich folks in this show go when they're off screen - so as not to "trap" Wyatt if he doesn't really want her.

That would allow a graceful exit for Sally without having her die and allow the future possibility of a super cute red-headed child to turn up a few years from now to spice things up for Wyatt, whatever his circumstances happen to be in a few years.

Right? I mean I don't understand why they always have to kill all their characters. It's not shocking, it's disgusting. They bring in new characters, let the audience fall for them and then brutally kill them off in a year or two.
And if Sally dies, that's yet another young female character that they've killed.

With the departures of Justin, Pam and now possibly Sally, there are no likable characters left on this show. There is absolutely nobody to root for.

I wish they'd come to their senses and keep Sally on. A diagnose of Parkinson's is not a death sentence.
And if Courtney Hope is the one who wants to go, then have Sally move out of town, killing her is not the right way to go about it. It's just like with Aly - she didn't get to have a wedding or any offspring before she was killed off - no legacy for her whatsoever. I'm really mad and sick of the possibility of losing Sally as well.

Sally should go after Bill. Give Bill something to do away from boring Katie.

My thoughts are that i honestly don't really care much about what Sally will deal with.
Sally has been an all round mess to me. Failed resurrection of Spectra included.
Shirley and Coco are suddenly MIA. What is really left for her here?

Ill dread Wyatt being stuck with her for her whatever illness she has (only dragging it out more)
It just needs to be done and over with!
